We had a fantastic stay at this hotel close to Malpensa Airport. The location was excellent for our early morning flight. The hotel facilities were slightly old but well maintained. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They even arranged pick up and return transportation to a nearby restaurant, providing us with a wonderful dining experience.

The hotel is conveniently located very near the airport, just a 10-minute taxi ride away. The room and bathroom are clean and comfortable, with good water pressure in the shower. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast offers a wide selection of delicious food. The hotel also has a 24-hour bar and a good quality restaurant. the hotel is situated close to a nearby river, providing a pleasant view for guests.
The service at the restaurant can be slow at times.

Great value for money: the price was surprisingly low compared to the quality of the hotel. Convenient location: the hotel is located in a calm and quiet area, away from the city hustle. Free shuttle service: the hotel provides a free shuttle service to and from the airport, which was very convenient for transportation. Spotlessly clean: the cleanliness of the hotel impressed me, from the rooms to the bathroom, everything was perfectly clean. Good breakfast: the breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, both hot and cold items, with fresh fruit.
Distant from the city: the hotel is quite far from the city center, which can make trips to the city costly and time-consuming. Sewer gas smell: I experienced an unpleasant sewer gas smell coming from the bathroom drains, which affected the overall experience.

Nice facility, 10 min from airport. Need to schedule translation to airport in advance. Clean room with big bathroom. Good breakfast with variety.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist during my delayed flight. The hotel was clean, well equipped, and comfortable. The breakfast selection was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious food options. The location and staff were both wonderful, with special mention to the young man on the early morning shift who helped with SIM setup and printing boarding tickets.
Can't fault the property in any way.
